Uncomfortable questions, soothing answers
I hate uncomfortable questions – the ones that make fill you resentment or fear or shame or guilt. Questions like “are the kids eating enough vegetables?”
But seriously. What about THESE questions:
Are you able to access all the essential data the company is generating?
Do you feel behind the market when it comes to analytics?
Is there a generally understood data strategy for the company?
Can company data be accessed by decision-makers anytime, anywhere, and via mobile?
Are you able to view and predict customer behavior accurately?
Does data governance at the company cause you concern?
On the flip side…is there any better feeling than answering those questions?? There is not only a peace of mind knowing there IS a generally understood data strategy for my company, but that it’s being deployed, it’s baring success and I’m a leader that people trust – and like! And…the kiddos are, in fact, eating enough veggies.
While we recognize this is a time of change and risk for many companies. Those that are embracing more advanced AI and Analytics strategies across their organizations are achieving success in revenue growth and OPEX reductions.
To help, we - CAVU, have opened up our proprietary maturity models assessment for free. You can get real benchmarking, without vendor bias or influence to see how your organization compares and get insightful recommendations on areas of opportunities with use cases that are trending in your sector.
AI and Analytics are not the total answer, but part of the journey as we recover and grow as governments, companies, and people.
